Our Client Service Associates provide the ‘window’ into the organization that keeps customers appraised of the status of their assay programs. These staff have comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of our scientific services which enables them to give informative updates to customers or direct them to the relevant Study Director for answers to technical questions.
At the start of any program, the Client Service Associates facilitate the customers’ initial contact with the appropriate Study Director, and coordinate components such as agreement on assays, protocols and pricing. Upon completion of the testing program they ensure all the final reports are completed, wrap up any outstanding financial matters and ensure that the program was completed to the customers’ satisfaction.
